Bring in the 4th of July with a Bang!

Who can have Fourth of July without fireworks? We can't get enough of them in Utah! Here are some parks you can attend for a fun time.

Red, White, and Blue "Buck Wild" Rough Stock Challenge

Buck Wild is a 2-day competition for saddle bronc, bull riding, and bareback. How exciting! Fireworks are at the end of the night, every night. Located at the Golden Spike Event Center in Ogden, Utah. Not to mention, you can attend right before Fourth of July on June 29-30. The competition starts at 7:30 pm, and the gates open at 5:30pm. Be sure to come early, eat lots of vendor food, and don't miss out on this fun! For more information, and purchase tickets  here.

Independence Day Celebration

Spend your Independence Day at Jordan Park, located on the west side of Salt Lake City, Utah. On Fourth of July, the park will be hosting neighborhood friendly firework show. Take your best lawn chair and grill some summer favorites such as skewers and hot dogs. The firework show will start at 10pm! 

Pioneer Day Celebration

Missed out on the actual Fourth of July? No need for anxiety. Liberty Park/ Herman Park located on the east side of Salt Lake City, Utah is having a post firework show. The show is free of charge and for families that didn't get a chance to enjoy Independence Day. This tradition takes place on July 24th, embracing a way to celebrate more of the month. 99.9 Kony Country 4th of July 

Sponsored by Kony 99.9, Little Caesars, Dixie State University, and others in addition. The biggest firework show is located at Dixie State University in St. George, Utah. Although there is no alcohol, tobacco products, and smoking policy, there will be food trucks along with DSU concessions open for business. Entry is first come, first serve. Tickets are limited and are not available for re-entry.  Please respect the university and help it clean! Purchase tickets  here.  Not going to the event? There is no ticket required at the DSU Encampment Mall and you can also view the show from Holland Building, also where the  Kite Festival  is held. There is a no pet policy, and a requirement to have fun!
